Course Details

Our Food and Beverage Service NVQ Level 4 course is designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation and advance their skills in restaurant and hospitality service. This nationally recognized qualification combines 6 months of intensive institutional training with 6 months of industrial training, giving students a balanced blend of classroom learning and real-world experience.

Whether you aspire to work in hotels, fine-dining restaurants, resorts, or cruise ships, this course equips you with the practical knowledge and confidence to deliver excellent guest service in any food and beverage setting.

12 Months Total

  • 6 Months – In-class training at the academy
  • 6 Months – Industrial training at an approved hospitality establishment

Certification

Successful students will receive the NVQ Level 4 Certification accredited by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC) of Sri Lanka, a recognized qualification for both local and international employment opportunities.
